An astonishing menu seamlessly combines the traditional with the creative: oysters, prawns, Cornish crab and lobster - served in the time-honoured tradition alongside original dishes such as Roasted Monkfish wrapped in Bayonne ham, fondant potato, red cabbage, port wine jus and Parmesan crusted salmon, butternut squash risotto, leek and roasted salsify.
