Wahaca Overview
Wahaca is a new Mexican restaurant and brings you a taste of the real food of Mexico with an evolving, seasonal menu. Freshly made guacamole with lime juice, coriander and ripe Hass avocados; slow-cooked free-range pork topped with a red onion relish marinated in citrus juices and habanero chillies; sustainable fish marinated in achiote and guajillo chillies, shredded and served on hot, soft, white corn tortillas.
Oaxaca province (pronounced wa-ha-ca) is the kitchen of Mexico. Its famous markets, with a rich mix of Spanish, Central American and modern influences, present food at its most colourful and diverse.
