Mayfair hotspot Taman gang is set to launch ‘TASTE’, every Thursday the exotic retreat is offering to pick up half your bar tab! From February 18th pop in for an after work drink or pre-club cocktail from 6pm-1am and enjoy half price on drinks signature cocktails and other select drinks.
Taman gang is famed for its vast range of sumptuous cocktails, elegant wines and diverse spirits. The bar choice is endless and with this in mind Taman gang will be providing an interactive tasting menu on wines, cocktails, spirits and sake. This exciting new concept presents a selection of five taster glasses of the drink type of your choice. To accompany each tasting selection will be the knowledge and advise of the expert bar team.
TASTE DRINKS: £10 per selection
Taste Wine: Choose 5 of the premium house wines and decide on your favourite.
Taste Cocktail: Choose 5 cocktails to sample from the signature cocktail list, or why not ask the bartender to make you something special and talk you through it.
Taste Spirits: Choose any spirit and sample and compare 5 different brands, get a master class in tasting with the bartenders.
Taste Sake: Try the selection of sake and let the bartenders walk you through the different flavours.
If you are planning to come down for the evening why not book for the restaurant which offers a diverse selection of gourmet Pan Asian delicacies created exclusively by Master Chef Ricky Pang. For a late night snack, try some of the delectable finger food, such as steamed dumplings or mouthwatering meaty skewers with wasabi dressing or chili salt squid with Thai chili sauce.
Taman gang is centrally located in Mayfair on Park Lane on the corner of Marble Arch. From the candlelit carved staircase in the entrance to the grandiose dining room decorated with stone Buddhas and warm woods, Taman gang's décor is pure luxury. Perfect as an after work sanctuary; the venue combines soft seated intimate retreats with larger sociable areas. When the lights are dimmed enjoy gorgeous girl DJ Sophie Lloyd who is set to accompany your cocktails with blissed out Balearic sets through to sexy lounge-funk. As the evening evolves to a pre-club scene so will the tunes with upbeat lounge, deep house and electro.
Mixing up the after work drinks experience with alcohol education, a great DJ and not forgetting the half price drinks…TASTE at Taman gang every Thursday.
