Fluid Eating's Review of Red Rooms
Based at the old site of the legendary Browns Nightclub and more recently Cougar Pinks, the Red Rooms is a stunning venue in which cool cats from all over London come to party the night away. The Red Rooms is draped in the dark red velvet and spread over three floors.
From Monday to Thursday the Red Rooms will operate as a Table Dancing club and come the weekend will transform itself into a full on nightclub. (Updated 15/01/2008)
“I loved this place... it had a really good atmosphere and a sexy interior... me and my girl friend got up to the strip club which although it costs a lot was extremely worth it and i'm a girl.. it was my best night in london and the bouncers are so nice they are just strict about the males... but for a girly night out it is the place to be.”

“Good venue to go to. First heard of it via grand parties review on it. It was a good venue and just like they said, it is a nice place to go to, reasonable drinks and a great crowd! Could be a little more fresh!”

“Visited The Red Rooms a few Saturdays ago and had a good night so I thought I'd check out the Friday. Turned out they had a High St. Honey model hosting a table that night which made for a great party. The crowd was really relaxed with a party first attitude. Got chatting to a few promoters on the night and will definately be down again soon!”

“Where do I start.
I called the same guy over and over before going to Red Rooms, he confirmed all my friends and family would be OK to enter on arrival. Being that it was my 21st I was really excited only for my brother to arrive and be told he wasn't allowed in without girls, he then returned with two of my friends (girls) just to be told he still couldn't get in. I then tried again with my aunt just to be told he had to be with girls. Obviously my aunt and I just looked at the bouncer like he was blind, I had on hotpants and a low top, you COULD NOT confuse me with a man. Unfortunately he still wasn't allowed in. They then rejected about 8 more of my friends. Even though they were all on the guest list. To make matters worse, 3 drinks came to £30 and the glass was filled with ice. It was practically empty all night and shut 2 hours earlier than promised. All in all, a waste of time!! DON'T BOTHER!!!”

“When you get to the red rooms don't appear too happy to be there as it's pot luck if you get in whether you are on the guest list or not. The bouncers have rule of the roost and if they don't want to let you in they won't. When I went there for my friends 21st even though we were on the guestlist they kept us waiting for 1 hour and a half only to tell us we're not coming in. Maybe if I spoke the same language as they bouncer as the two girls behind us did they would have. Pretentious is not the word...overrated. Security were just shouting at people to feel some sort of 'power'. They need a manager or meet and greeter at the door as this is the face of the club and people go there to have a good time, you should be met with a smile instead of a raging rotweiler.”

“Gosh what a place. Adored it, me being a single italiano hot chick in London, for the season. The men, wowee. I defy anyone to say they had not enjoyed their night here. The staff gorgeous, to say the least sweetie, and catered to my every whim. Quite the place to be in London I would say definitely worth a visitare or 3. Molto interessante e magnifico dahlinks!”
