Pizza Organic (South Kensington) Overview
If you want a good, reliable, affordable (and organic) meal Pizza Organic is just the thing. With menus designed by Jamie Oliver, it is similar to Pizza Express - you spend £10 a head and you know what you are getting. But it is also organic. Women warm to this, while men are wary, but they need not worry. There are various gourmet burgers to choose from - the classic beef burger is a good option - while Miss health-conscious can pick away at a salad or a grilled sea-bass.
Like in Pizza Express, Pizza Organic's pizzas are very popular. But Pizza Organic offers more on other fronts. The pastas, for example, are great. I have a Pasta al Pomodoro, which is fairly simple (you could make it at home) but it is definitely delicious.
Fish is also hot on the menu - trout, salmon or seabass. So Pizza Organic should satisfy most pallettes. And if you have a sweet tooth, you cannot get much sweeter than the superb sticky toffee pudding.
For £10 a head (one course and wine) Pizza organic is excellent and you will probably find yourself coming back for more. (Updated 19/04/2006)
