Nobu London Overview
Nobu London was the first London restaurant of Nobuyuki Matsuhisa's 17-strong restaurant group opening in 1997. Under Group Executive Chef Mark Edwards, the Nobu is still serving their modern Japanese cuisine with a South American influence. (Updated 10/09/2008)
