Kanteen is a stylish new restaurant for contemporary dining, launched January 2004. Head Chef Sam Sweeney heads up the team and has designed a brand new menu offering creative modern dishes. The newly designed restaurant features luxurious leather seating in rich blues and reds, against dark wood, stainless steel and glass. (Updated 10/03/2006)
