Take the warmth and comfort of your own home, move it to a converted Victorian Warehouse in the heart of Shoreditch, and you have Home; a Restaurant and Bar serving delicious food and excellent drinks.
The 'lived-in' interior is an interesting mix of contemporary styles. The furniture, including the mirrors, have been lovingly accumulated over the years – just the kind of individual eclectic mix found in the most inviting homes. And in the spirit of good 'home' cooking, all their food is fresh and homemade, including the pasta and bread.
The lived in basement bar helped Hoxton earn its hip square mile title. Sink into a selection of one of their eclectic comfy sofas and soak up the chilled vibes from Mon-Wed in true lounge style with dimmed lights, relaxed ambience and great cocktails.
From Thurs to Sat the bar becomes a vibrant and buzzing place, when we turn up the heat with a DJ crew playing the very best in home-grown beats.
The restaurant is set in its white warehouse environment with beautiful wooden floor and stylish original pieces of furniture – 1969 Heals and Charles Eames tables – with modern art adorning the walls and eager service, you could be forgiven for thinking you were a guest at a hip dinner party.
Home's appetizing menu – comprising international eclectic cuisine – suits a wide range of palates and will have you smacking your lips right up to the "Stilton and Stinking bishop with oatcakes and quince jelly".
The Restaurant is open for Lunch: Monday-Friday 12.30-4.00pm & Supper: Monday-Saturday 7pm-12.00 midnight.
