Hibiscus Overview
Hibiscus was first opened in Ludlow, Shropshire by Claude Bosi and his wife Claire in May 2000. After wining a Michelin star in both 2001 and 2004 as well as the titles of Egon Ronay Restaurant of the Year and Good Food Guide Restaurant of the Year. Seven years on in 2007, Claude & Claire have relocated Hibiscus to London. (Updated 02/11/2007)
