Deep, chunky UK garage surrounds you as you walk down the up-lit catwalk a bar that in its time had a reputation with the it-crowd. Collection has since lost its status, however, but is still an impressive venue. High ceilings with plush, secluded seating if intimate, candle-lit conversation is your goal, the bar attracts a well-to-do clientele on their way back from a local spending spree. The prices exclude the can-of-Carling crew anyway and music is somehow kept at a high volume, but without encroaching upon conversation. (Updated 28/04/2005)
