Fluid Eating's Review of Collection
This split level converted warehouse is enriched with a fashionable heritage. Its previous incarnation as a Katharine Hamnett Emporium designed by Sir Norman Foster has ensured that it remains a desired destination in the London scene.Exposed brick, natural light and intimate booths create the feel of a Manhattan warehouse, whilst the extended sloping bar provides the perfect vantage point for people watching.
The 80ft glass catwalk entrance glows with ambient lighting that serves to highlight contemporary art. Inside, a mezzanine floor divides the area into a spacious two hundred seated mezzanine restaurant which teeters over the hideaway banquettes of the lounge beneath and overlooking the vibrant bar. “Fabulous atmosphere. Crowd is young and fashionable and there are some beautiful girls in here, the sectioned off area always seems to be full of models! Recommended purely for the talent, although the drinks are great and the decor is pretty cool too!”

“Collection used to be an old haunt. Went back for dinner and had a blast. Food a touch eclectic with the mix of asian and european but we really liked it. The music was great but not overpowering to the conversation. Still a fab place for people watching - seeing the young trendies and the obligitory oldest swingers in town. Good measure!”
