Christopher's - The American Bar & Grill Overview
Christopher’s Covent Garden is housed in a grand, Grade II listed Victorian building on the edge of Covent Garden. Just steps from the Strand, the building is steeped in history. Originally London’s first licensed casino, reputedly with a bordello situated above, now it is one of the capital’s most opulent restaurants and bars, resplendent over three floors.
Many of the original features of the building have been maintained - high ceilings, impressive tall windows offering spectacular views over Waterloo bridge and a sweeping stone staircase leading up to the first floor restaurant. Recently refurbished, these features have been complimented by the introduction of a contemporary chic mood with strong colours and striking accessories, creating an elegant and sophisticated look and feel.
