Opened in September 2007 and designed by award-winning interior designer Paul Daly, Bison & Bird exudes a sense of the great outdoors with antler chandeliers and reclaimed cider wood panelling along a curved feature length bar. Exposed brickwork creates a contemporary feel while crimson booths, red pillars and funky furnishings add depth and character.
Open from noon till late, this party bar is a venue designed for drinking, dancing and unreserved revelry. Non-stop feel good tunes spin throughout the day until the DJ takes over, turns it up, and takes you to another level. The Bison & Bird is a new breed of bar serving brunch, lunch, dinner and Sunday roast, together with an enviable wine, champagne and cocktail list.
