Arbutus Overview
Arbutus opened in May 2006 to rave reviews. It is the brainchild of Anthony Demetre and Will Smith who have worked together since 1998 firstly at L'Odeon in Piccadilly then at Putney Bridge Restaurant where Anthony achieved a Michelin Star.
Arbutus offers inspired French & European cuisine in a relaxed and informal setting in the heart of the West End's Soho area.

Mon-Sat: Lunch: 12noon-2:30pm, Pre-Theatre: 5pm-7pm & Dinner: 7pm-11pm
Sun: Lunch: 12:30pm-3:30pm & Dinner: 6:30pm-9:30pm (Updated 06/09/2008)
