Apostrophe opens new venues
Apostrophe, the stylish boulangerie-patisserie group that fuses exacting standards of inventive, healthy produce with sophisticated urban design, opened a new site at Hethrow Terminal 5, in April 2008 and a new site at Baker Street, in May 2008.
Eschewing the pre-packaged, self service staples of many of its contemporaries, Apostrophe offers customers a range of freshly baked breads, viennoiseries, savoury pastries and gourmet sandwiches all freshly prepared on-site and artfully displayed in a striking delicatessen counter.
A variety of hot and cold drinks, including fresh smoothies, loose leaf teas and Apostrophe’s own signature coffee, prepared by expertly trained baristi, complete a detailed menu. Complementary jugs of water with fresh mint & lemon, pots of jam and daily newspapers are all available along with free Wi-Fi access, the latter making Apostrophe an effective location for business meetings.
