Calling his unique style of cuisine Modern London, Arthur's menu will reflect the cultural melting pot that characterises the capital. The menu combines his knowledge of classic techniques with a strong emphasis on healthy eating and caring for the environment. In Arthur's own words, 'Seasonal, sustainable, simple'.
